Good corporate governance informed by rigorous academic research

The Institute for Corporate Governance and Ethics (ICGE) at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business harnesses the best academic research to aid scholars, policymakers, and business leaders in advancing good corporate governance and ethical business practices. In 2024 the institute expanded its reach by acquiring NYU Stern's Ethical Systems.

Interdisciplinary and impact-oriented, the ICGE fosters rigorous research on issues such as executive compensation, board governance, stakeholder rights, and CEO succession, and makes that work accessible to a broad constituency.

We are grateful to the Institute for Corporate Governance and Ethics for its commitment to ethical business and for supporting the mission of the White Collar Support Group.
