The Institute for Corporate Governance + Ethics (ICGE) is an interdisciplinary research center focused on corporate governance and business ethics. We bridge the gap between academic research and real-world business practices by taking an interdisciplinary, systems-based approach that helps scholars, policymakers, and business leaders advance good corporate governance. Leveraging a global network of scholars, the ICGE develops research-driven strategies to help business leaders enhance governance and ethical practices within their organizations.
