Early retention of experts can also reduce the cost of the engagement, allow assistance with planning discovery (including e-discovery) and data analysis, and provide early information that may drive a settlement. During this presentation Anthony and Brian will discuss the ways in which a financial expert can assist in building a strong defense, why it is important to retain your expert early, and challenges they have faced when not being retained early.
