Erin Frey: Assistant Professor, Yale School of Management

We were delighted to welcome Dr. Erin Frey of the Yale School of Management as our March 2025 Tuesday Night Speaker Series presenter.
Dr. Frey's research focuses on how workers recover after making major mistakes or experiencing professional identity disruptions. Her work examines the psychological, social, and institutional factors that help or hinder the process of professional restoration.
Her presentation explored the research findings on what actually helps people rebuild professional identities after a crisis, the role of narrative and community in that process, and how her ongoing collaboration with the White Collar Support Group is deepening our understanding of these questions.
