We were very happy to have Erin Frey as our March White Collar Support Group™ Tuesday Speaker. Erin Frey is an Assistant Professor at the Yale School of Management. Her research focuses on how workers recover after making major mistakes, and how and when they are given second chances by organizations and society.

Erin has studied second chances in a range of industries, including in the US military, entrepreneurial training organizations, and in the entertainment industry. Her current research is focused on second chances for justice-impacted individuals.

Erin received her BA from Harvard College and her PhD from Harvard Business School. She previously held faculty positions at the University of Virginia and the University of Southern California where she taught courses on leadership, decision-making, and negotiations.
